About La Marque Transitions

La Marque Transitions, previously known as the DAEP (District Alternative Education Program), is the behavior transitions center servicing La Marque Middle and High School students. The purpose of the La Marque Transitions school is to provide an alternative education setting for students with behavioral challenges.

La Marque Transitions  provides an opportunity for students who have been removed from a regular educational setting to achieve academically, to learn behavioral and interpersonal skills, and to develop the self-control necessary for them to function more effectively both as students and as members of the community.
