Fusion Academy of Michigan featured on CW-50 Detroit's "Street Beat"
Fusion Academy of Michigan (FAM) student outreach coordinator Joi Mausi and FAM West Center Director Erica Freeman-Jones recently appeared on The CW Detroit program “Street Beat” to talk about Fusion Academy of Michigan, a free Ombudsman program helping Detroit-area students who have dropped out earn their diplomas and change their lives.
Education is the key to success, so this week’s Street Beat focuses on organizations that help students return to school after dropping out or build interest in STEM programs.
Host Syma Chowdhry learns about the Fusion Academy, a special program helping high school drop-outs change their lives, from Joi Mausi, student outreach coordinator, and Erica Freeman-Jones, Center Director of Fusion Academy West. www.FAMDetroit.com
