Educational Services of America named winner of 2012 Citrix Innovation Award

Date: May 9, 2012

From Educational Services of America President and CEO Mark Claypool:

I am delighted to share with you that ESA has just been named the winner of the 2012 Citrix Innovation Award!

This important international award recognizes our vision in using Citrix solutions for virtualization, networking and the cloud to drive innovation and IT simplicity. It is also wonderful and well-deserved acknowledgement for the members of our IT and Curriculum departments who are constantly at work developing new ways to keep ESA at the forefront of innovation in the delivery of services to the students we serve.

Because the popular vote accounted for half of our winning score, I sincerely appreciate our employees who took the time to vote for us online – and to those of you who inspired friends, relatives and colleagues to cast ballots for ESA.

This significant achievement will likely draw even more attention to the great work we do with students every day, and I look forward to seeing the spotlight shine on the talented, innovative, dedicated people who are the ESA family.

About the Citrix Innovation Award Selection Process
Now in its seventh year, the Innovation Award recognizes companies using Citrix solutions (Virtual Desktops) for virtualization and cloud computing to simplify IT and improve organizational agility, while delivering transformative business value.

For this year’s award, Citrix solicited nominations of innovative customers from its partners and regional sales teams around the world, and narrowed them down to three finalists. Educational Services of America will participate in the Innovation Award program as the only North American finalist.

The winner of the award was announced at Citrix Synergy—the premier event on business and IT transformation in the cloud era—May 9-11, 2012 in San Francisco, California.
