ChanceLight™ Behavioral Health, Therapy And Education Promotes EVP And COO Allison O’Neill To President and COO

NASHVILLE, Tenn., July 14, 2016  — ChanceLight™ Behavioral Health, Therapy and Education, the nation’s leading provider of behavioral health and education solutions for children and young adults, today announced that executive vice president and chief operating officer Allison O’Neill has been promoted to president and COO. Mark Claypool, who held the title of president and CEO, will continue to serve as CEO and focus on the company’s strategic growth.

O’Neill has dedicated her career to the ChanceLight family for nearly 20 years. She started as a certified teacher for Ombudsman Educational Services, ChanceLight’s alternative education company. She was promoted to every position within Ombudsman: center director, regional manager, director of center operations, vice president of operations, senior vice president of operations and chief operating officer. In 2013, O’Neill was named chief operating officer of ChanceLight’s Education Division, which includes Ombudsman and Spectrum Center Schools and Programs, and in 2016, she assumed responsibility for operations of ChanceLight’s Behavioral Health and Therapy divisions.

O’Neill earned a bachelor’s degree in education from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wis.
