The program has motivated and encouraged my son.
When Terence got into trouble at school, he was given Ombudsman as an option. I didn’t like the situation that led to his expulsion, so I didn’t want him to go at first. But since he enrolled, it has proven beneficial for him. He gets to continue his education and I have seen improvement in his academic performance.
Ombudsman puts a lot of focus on the use of technology in its classes. I like it because the students seem to enjoy it and they really stay focused on their work. Using computers allows each student to work from customized plans and receive individualized attention.
The individual attention that my son receives means that his instructors know where he is academically and what challenges he still needs to overcome.
